24 hour notice is required to reschedule your session. There is a link at the bottom of your confirmation email when you initially scheduled.
If 24 hour notice hasn’t been received within the 24 hour window of the initial scheduled date and time of your session, it will automatically be canceled and you will not be refunded for the time and date that was lost.
If you cancel within the 24 hours you will be refunded but can take up to 3 working days to be refund.
24 hour notice is required to cancel your session for any reason, if 24 hour notice wasn’t received you won’t be refunded for any reason.
NO SHOW appointments will not receive a refund. You are given a confirmation email when you schedule your time and day.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If the appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, please notify us within the specified time frame. Cancellations or changes may affect the validity of the gift.
