Terms & Conditions
  • 24 hour notice is required to reschedule your session. There is a link at the bottom of your confirmation email when you initially scheduled.
  • If 24 hour notice hasn’t been received within the 24 hour window of the initial scheduled date and time of your session, it will automatically be canceled and you will not be refunded for the time and date that was lost.
  • If you cancel within the 24 hours you will be refunded but can take up to 3 working days to be refund.
  • 24 hour notice is required to cancel your session for any reason, if 24 hour notice wasn’t received you won’t be refunded for any reason.
  • NO SHOW appointments will not receive a refund. You are given a confirmation email when you schedule your time and day.

  1. Appointment Scheduling:
    By scheduling an appointment through our services, you agree to provide accurate information, including the recipient’s name and phone number.
  2. Gift Purchases: 
    If you are purchasing an appointment as a gift for another individual, you must explicitly indicate this during the scheduling process. You are responsible for informing us by including your name and phone number, along with the recipient’s details.
  3. Recipient Information: 
    It is essential that the recipient’s name and contact information are provided accurately. Failure to do so may result in scheduling issues or inability to confirm the appointment.
  4. Confirmation of Gift:
    Upon receipt of your appointment scheduling, we will send a confirmation to the provided contact details. This confirmation will include information about the appointment and the recipient.
  5. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 
    If the appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, please notify us within the specified time frame. Cancellations or changes may affect the validity of the gift.
  6. Liability: 
    You are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is aware of the appointment and any associated terms. We are not liable for any misunderstandings or issues arising from incorrect information provided.
  7. Changes to Terms: 
    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated appropriately.
