1. Monthly Sessions: Thank you for investing in yourself by subscribing to our monthly life coaching session.
2. Investment in Goals: Clients are encouraged to view these sessions as an investment in their long-term goals and personal development.
3. Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled with in the same month they are purchased. If the session isn’t scheduled with in the same month the session will be forfeited.
4. Non-Transferable: Sessions are strictly for the individual client and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
5. Accountability: Clients are expected to take accountability for scheduling their sessions and engaging fully in the coaching process to maximize their benefits.
6. Confidentiality All discussions during sessions are confidential, fostering a safe environment for personal growth.
7. Commitment to Growth: Clients should commit to their scheduled sessions to maintain continuity and support their ongoing development.
Terms and conditions
1. Monthly Recurring Charges: Clients agree to have their credit card charged on a monthly recurring basis for their life coaching sessions.
2. Automatic Billing: The charges will occur automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle, ensuring uninterrupted access to coaching services.
3. Cancellation Policy: Clients is informed about the cancellation policy, including any required notice period to stop the recurring charges. Evolve Within You Mind, Body, Spirit requires the client to notify us in writing 30 days before cancellation of the Monthly Membership Discount Subscription or the charges for the month will be charged and non Refundable.
4. Access to Sessions: Clients who maintain their monthly payments will continue to have access to their scheduled coaching sessions.
5. Notification of Changes: Clients will be notified via email in advance of any changes to the fee structure or terms of service.
6. Evolve Within You Mind, Body, Spirit uses a third-party payment processing company. All payments will be handled by a third party rather than directly by the payer or receiver. This notice includes:
Parties Involved: Names and contact information of the payer, receiver, and third-party processor.
Purpose of Third-Party Processing: Explanation of why a third party is being used (e.g., for convenience, efficiency, or specialized services).
Payment Details: Information on how payments will be processed, including methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) and any fees involved.
Authorization: Assurance that the payer has authorized the third party to process the payments on their behalf.
